The home sleeps 6 comfortably. Sleeping accommodations include three bedrooms, two on the main floor with a queen bed in each. The third bedroom is downstairs with a queen and twin bed. All linens are furnished.

The upstairs has a full bath. Downstairs you'll find a 3/4 bath with shower.

There are two working fireplaces and firewood is provided outside. There is also a stone enclosed fire pit in the back yard for roasting marshmallows and telling ghost stories.

The kitchen features a range, oven, microwave, toaster, full size refrigerator and small dishwasher. The upstairs deck has a gas grill. The kitchen comes with basic spices and all the plates, silverware and cooking utensils you'll need.

Both the living and family rooms have cable TV.

Phone service is provided - please note all long distance calls are at the renter's expense.

The house is not air-conditioned, but it is up on a hill overlooking Lake Charlevoix and all windows are screened.

Miscellaneous - to make it more convenient, we have provided a few bikes, water toys, games, a selection of books, fishing poles and basic tackle.
